Linn County Developmental Disabilities provides case management to children and adults who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. People with developmental disabilities may have problems with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as communication, mobility, learning, self-help, and independent living. Linn County Developmental Disabilities connects consumers with resources that help them live healthy and productive lives regardless of their impairments. RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home and community based services. Senior Community Service Employment Program - Linn/Benton

SCSEP is for low income seniors who seek employment, training assistance, and social engagement. Through our transitional employment program, we partner with community-based non-profit organizations and government agencies to provide participants with training opportunities to update their skills. During their part-time internship, seniors receive minimum wage to help supplement their income until they receive permanent employment.
