Community Living Case Management - Douglas County

Community Living Case Management (CLCM) provides a wide range of services for individuals and their families who are eligible for services under the Developmental Disabilities criteria. All services provided in Douglas, Curry, Josephine and Coos County under the provision of Community Developmental Disabilities Programs (CDDP) are contracted through CLCM via the State of Oregon. These services include intake and eligibility determination, general case management/service coordination, protective services for adults, contractual services for community basedprograms such as residential supports and employment or alternatives to employment, foster care recruitment and licensing and placements for adults and children andhigh school transition services.

RISE - Douglas County

RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home and community based services. RISE also provides services for children and families through foster care and professional parenting, adoption, kinship care, after school and summer programs, behavior supports, and mental health services. Senior Community Service Employment Program - Roseburg

SCSEP is for low income seniors who seek employment, training assistance, and social engagement. Through our transitional employment program, we partner with community-based non-profit organizations and government agencies to provide participants with training opportunities to update their skills. During their part-time internship, seniors receive minimum wage to help supplement their income until they receive permanent employment. UTrans

UTrans offers two types of service. We offer regular service to residents of Winchester, Roseburg and Green (with connection to Winston) as often as once an hour. We offer commuter service several times daily along the I-5 corridor with stops in Canyonville, Riddle, Tri-City, Myrtle Creek, Dillard, Winston, Wilbur and Sutherlin. We have located many Roseburg area stops near major retail outlets, social service offices, government offices and large employers.
