1st Choice Assisted Care, LLC is a private Certified Medicaid Agency that is the “employer on record” for all of our employees. We hire, train, match, support, and supervise all of our Providers who serve clients under the K-Plan. We also work with local CDDP/Brokerage offices and Vocational Rehab offices to support clients: as clients become eligible, their Service Coordinator or Personal Agent may refer them to our agency. 1st Choice works directly with clients and their support systems to match them with a qualified provider- we do our best to successfully and a sustainable match clients with providers, based on the individual needs of each client.

Bend Parks and Recreation

Bend Park & Recreation District maintains and operates more than 3,035+ acres of developed and undeveloped parkland. That includes 81 parks/open spaces and 70 miles of trail. Cascades East Transit connects people to places through high-quality transit service. Housing Works

Housing Works is the local housing authority for Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. We provide affordable housing, rental assistance and new beginnings for low-and moderate-income Central Oregonians. We provide homes for people throughout Central Oregon. We offer quality, well-designed and professionally managed properties serving workforce, seniors, the disabled, veterans and farm workers. Our help with housing includes administering HUD’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program in Central Oregon and supporting people who wish to move beyond renting to home ownership.
